以《殉魂序曲》和《不朽》两首纯器乐曲组成的这部作品——《不朽》，开拓了冥界概念性的创作理念。紧密关联的两首曲目，在交响乐和重金属音乐之间，以不同调式中相同的民族性旋律反复出现，来诠释对同一音乐主题在不同角度审视中的情感赋予。从悲壮的恢弘直到激昂、直至凝重，所有的音乐情绪最终浑然一体地融合为有着丰富音乐性和凸显器乐独奏表现力的金属乐章。在配以的相关同名词作中，诠释着这首作品的的主旨内涵。以通过中国经历反法西斯战争历史事件前提为引思，阐述冥界对强权、对人类意识形态的抹杀和盲目民族主义的痛斥，以及我们对时代、对暴力的本质，和人类文明崇尚不朽的质疑。

《不朽》于2009年创作，2012年录制。交响乐配器在2013年由我们的好友崔韶勇编配完成。由于各种原因，我们在近十年当中错过了太多的契机去发布我们已经拥有的诸多作品。直到2018年中旬，我们邀请了我们的挚友与合作伙伴——著名的录音、混音师郝昕（霜冻前夜主创）担纲这部作品的后期制作。在他的精良音频后期制作下，《不朽》终于可以和大家见面了。作为一部器乐曲，这是冥界音乐历程中最为重要的作品，也是我们为所有乐迷们创作的最为沉重、悲怆而又热血激昂的叛逆圣歌，请把你的音量开的足够大，让《不朽》响彻你的世界。
